May 3, 2013 I had the pleasure of joining Dunnigan, Realtors, Sierra Oaks office as vice president. The previous 12 years were spent at another local real estate firm. Prior to transitioning into residential real estate, I owned and operated a business for 22 years which included negotiating retail leases.
In 2003 I earned the professional designation GRI, issued by the Graduate Realtor Institute. Fewer than 10% of Realtors have this designation. I am also an "Outstanding Life Member" of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club.
My bachelor arts degree is from Claremont McKenna College, where I majored in economics and political science. A highlight of my college years was a congressional internship as a legislative aide in Washington, DC.
My best friends are Penny and Rugby, my six year old Golden Retriever brother and sister. We have been long term supporters of Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue. I love international travel, have explored many parts of the world and plan to see many more. Ornamental gardening is a passion.
My greatest passion is helping people achieve their real estate goals and having it be a stress free, win/win pleasant experience for all.
A "V" next to any listing's price indicates that that the seller is willing to entertain offers within the Listing Price range. For example, a Price Range of $140,000-170,000 indicates the seller will entertain offers from $140,000 to $170,000. An "M" or an "S" next to any listing's price indicates that the terms of the listing agreement state that the Broker will not be providing any of a number of customary services.
