I bought my first home when I was 23 years old, and became a Realtor when I was 25 in 1981. I have always been passionate about owing real estate, including having rental property in my retirement portfolio. I am also very involved in organized real estate and all that is done to protect private property rights in California and the United States. I am a past President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and a director of the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
My husband, Realtor Bill Hambrick, and I own a home near the American River and enjoying running or walking there almost daily. We also enjoy skiing, hiking, or driving a classic car that we restored a few years ago. We have two daughters who are married, and one grandson who lives in Boston.... way too far away!
If you are considering selling or buying a home or rental property, I would enjoy meeting you to discuss your dreams and goals! Thank you.
